Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 days. We have Economy shipping on all orders, utilizing USPS Priority Mail, and most items will arrive within 7 days if in stock, up to 14 days for made to order. If an item arrives more than 21 days, you'll receive a FREE GIFT.
With The Underground Bus Line you have the ability to upgrade your orders with Standard Shipping, which is by far the fastest shipping method to get your products. On average, the delivery time is about 3 business days to get delivered, but it can vary a bit per country. So, from order to delivery, which is including production time, you could be looking at receiving your order(s) in average of 9 to 10 calendar days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The Underground Bus Line ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, as well as internationally.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Underground Bus Line is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Underground Bus Line is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
The Underground Bus Line will ship items outside the U.S. (additional charges may apply).
