The process of production to delivery can be a complicated task; however, with the right knowledge and planning, it can be completed in 8-14 days. To begin, it is important to understand the different stages required to complete a production to delivery cycle.
At the onset of the process, when you place an order, important components are provided, such as the quantity of the product(s) that will be created, the location where the products will be shipped, and the materials that will be used in the production process. Once the order is processed, we can begin to source components required for the production process. All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Once all the necessary components are acquired, the production process can begin. This will include steps such as receiving, inspecting, and sorting the raw materials. We take about 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination.
In the table below you can see the production and shipping estimates per country/region.
After production is completed, the items must be packaged and stored before shipment. From production to delivery, the process must be managed, ensuring that the product is stored properly, and that all relevant documentation is collected for shipping.
Finally, the products will be shipped directly to you. To ensure this part of the process is also carefully managed to ensure that the product is delivered in a timely manner, all orders are provided with tracking information to stay up-to-date on delivery. We offer standard and express shipping, in addition to free shipping on orders over $150.
