All our products contain clear care labels that are mostly sewn on the inside of the product on the side seam. These care labels contain relevant information for you to quick reference.

Our size guide is based on actual product measurements. We suggest taking actual measurements of a product that fits well when laid flat, as this aligns with how our size guide measurements are taken. Because our products are custom-made by hand, actual product measurements may vary by up to 1 inch. Therefore, we recommend allowing a 1-inch allowance when choosing a size based on the guide.

All orders are processed within 2 days. We have Economy Shipping and most items will arrive in 7 days if in stock up to 14 days for made to order. If an item arrives more than 21 days, you'll receive a FREE GIFT.

On average, the delivery time is about 3 business days to get delivered, but it can vary a bit per country. So, from order to delivery, which is including production time, you could be looking at receiving your order(s) in average of 9 to 10 calendar days.
